We will need to review your appraisal to make sure it was ordered correctly and that we can transfer it to us. These loan files can be subject to a rush fee.

Do you do land or rural properties?

We do not handle land or rural properties.

Do you ever partner or JV with a client?

Partnerships can be discussed when the deal makes sense. Typically we provide the credit and the debt, you would bring the downpayment and we would take majority interest in the LLC.
